Kaye Presteigne combines a wealth of expertise in both high pressure and gravity die casting processes and provides a full range of machining and assembly operations.

We manufacture diecastings in both Aluminium and Zinc and are certified to both TS 16949 and ISO 9001:2000 quality standards.

The Aluminium high pressure foundry operates 16 machines from 200 to 750 tonne capacity and produces castings ranging in weight from 5 gms to 5 Kgs. The Zinc foundry has 8 machines ranging from 35 to 200 Tonnes locking force.

Our gravity casting facility includes a fully automated in line gravity plant, capable of producing more than one million castings per year.

In addition to the more common drilling and tapping capabilities, we have a large number of CNC machining centres and lathes, as well as dedicated rotary transfer machines for high volume, high quality machining.

Our in-house tool room is capable of all the maintenance, repairs and modifications required to ensure your tooling operates efficiently.
