BS 5780, and are nowadays certified to TS 16949 and QS 9001:2000
The Business Operating System ensures that both customer and internal targets
are continually monitored and PPM targets are met.
Because metal is the core component within the process, we ensure conformity by
only using accredited suppliers and purchasing material accompanied by full
certification. All raw material is also validated using our in-house spectrographic
analysis facility.
In the Foundry "First-off" in-process validation is carried out for visual and
dimensional checks and parts are subject to real time x-ray analysis. |
