Gravity Diecasting
Because we utilise both manual diecasting and a Gauss
automated gravity diecasting cell, we are able to offer both low and high
volume production. The gravity die casting process allows for
much larger castings,
(up to 20 kilos). Excellent casting integrity can be achieved with far
thicker sections. Mechanical properties can be further enhanced by
stabilisation and heat treatment. Initial tooling costs are
normally much lower than those required for High Pressure diecasting.
